Refund & Cancellation Policy

By purchasing a course from Remote Notary Course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and expressly agreed to be bound by this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. All Sales Are Final

Because our products are digital training courses delivered instantly, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once access to the course material has been granted, regardless of whether the course is started, completed, or if the student fails the final examination. Consequently, there is no return cost, restocking fee, or return shipping charge associated with our digital products.

2. Separate State Certificate Filing & Processing

The upfront course purchase price covers full access to the educational materials, practice tests, and final examination modules for your selected tier. Upon successfully passing the final exam, students who require an official Proof of Completion Certificate can request processing and expedited handling for a separate $12.00 administrative fee. This is a distinct service transaction handled entirely after course completion and is not part of the initial product checkout price.

3. Course Expiration & Access Tiers

Access is strictly limited to the timeframe purchased. Students must pass the quiz and request their certificate before the expiration date:

• 6-Month Access: 3-Hour Refresher ($29.99) | 6-Hour Initial Course ($39.99)
• 12-Month Access: 3-Hour Refresher ($39.99) | 6-Hour Initial Course ($49.99) | Notary Signing Agent Bundle ($119)

4. Failure to Pass

Per state requirements, a Proof of Completion cannot be issued if a student fails the final examination. Failure to pass does not entitle the student to a refund. Students may be required to review material or repurchase access if they exceed the allowed number of attempts or their access period expires.
