Refund & Cancellation Policy

By purchasing a course, subscribing to a directory plan, or generating a Digital Wallet Pass from Remote Notary Course (a subsidiary of Ze Animation Studios Inc.), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and expressly agreed to be bound by this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. All Sales Are Final for Digital Products & Services

Because our training courses, directory searches, administrative certificate generation, and Digital Wallet ID passes are digital products delivered instantly upon checkout, all sales are strictly final.

• No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued once digital access, verification data, or credentials have been delivered.
• This applies regardless of whether the course is started, completed, or if the student fails the final examination.
• Consequently, there are no return costs, restocking fees, or return shipping charges associated with our digital products and lookup services.

2. Directory Subscriptions & Cancellation Terms

For recurring memberships (such as Notary Pro at $4.99/mo and Agencies at $7.99/mo):

• Cancellation at Any Time: You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time via your self-service Stripe billing portal or by contacting customer support prior to your next billing date.
• Non-Refundable Renewal Periods: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring 30-day cycle. Canceling a subscription stops future automated charges; it does not generate a retroactive refund or prorated credit for the current active billing cycle.

3. Separate State Certificate Filing & Processing Fee

The upfront course tuition covers full access to the educational materials, practice tests, and final examination modules for your selected tier. Upon successfully passing the final exam, students who require an official Proof of Completion Certificate can request processing and expedited handling for a separate $12.00 administrative fee. This is a distinct, non-refundable service transaction handled entirely after course completion and is not part of the initial product checkout price.

4. Course Expiration & Access Tiers

Course access is strictly limited to the timeframe purchased. Students must pass the examination and request their certificate before the access window expires:

5. Failure to Pass & Commission Disclaimers

Per state requirements, a Proof of Completion cannot be issued if a student fails the final examination. Failure to pass does not entitle the student to a refund. Students may be required to review material or repurchase access if their access term expires. Furthermore, state licensing denials or background check disqualifications by the California Secretary of State do not qualify for refunds.
