1. Information We Collect
To issue Proof of Completion certificates, we collect: Name, Mailing Address, Email, Phone Number, and Notary Commission numbers (for refreshers). We do not store credit card details on our servers.
2. Mandatory Reporting
We are legally required to report course completion data to the California Secretary of State. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Data Retention
Per State requirements, we maintain records of course completions for two (2) years. Your right to deletion is subject to this mandatory record-keeping period.
